Perhaps you should temporarily forget about the zombie movies/series like walking dead, etc, which cannot be compared to the cell movie like so many things in life, try to reset your mind to neutral before watching this movie you will enjoy it all the more and if you want a predictable and/or happy ending, watch a disney or a feel good movie.
